O MANIFESTO
Envelhecer na condição feminina é ser alvo de dupla discriminação nas diversas fases do ciclo de vida de cada mulher. É urgente desmistificar mitos e estereótipos sobre o envelhecimento feminino, é urgente empoderar mulheres de todas as idades para a preparação do seu processo individual de envelhecimento.
Através de iniciativas educativas e culturais, pretendemos dotar as mulheres de ferramentas, que as incentivem a encarar o envelhecimento como algo natural, uma celebração à vida, sem medos e ocultações.
Para tal, é fundamental que as mulheres sejam informadas e consciencializadas sobre as formas em que ocorrem esta dupla discriminação e os seus efeitos nefastos em todas as esferas da vida. Pretendemos que o nosso movimento contribua para derrubar muros que impedem as mulheres de envelhecer com alegria, dignidade e igualdade.
Somos mulheres a envelhecer, na força e fragilidade, somos o que somos e podemos ser o que quisermos!

Ageing in the female condition is to be the target of double discrimination in the various stages of each woman's life cycle. It is urgent to demystify myths and stereotypes about female ageing, it is urgent to empower women of all ages to prepare their individual ageing process.
Through educational and cultural initiatives, we intend to provide women with tools that encourage them to see ageing as something natural, a celebration of life, without fears and concealment.
To this end, it is fundamental that women are informed and made aware of the ways in which this double discrimination occurs and its harmful effects in all spheres of life. We want our movement to contribute to breaking down the walls that prevent women from growing old with joy, dignity and equality.
We are women growing old, in strength and fragility, we are what we are and we can be whatever we want!
